Dawn Hansen

Dawn has lived in the Kansas City area for over 30 years with her husband David and their 2 kids.  Dawn has worked as Office Manager in product distribution for over 25 years, working with vendors, suppliers , shippers,  customers and sales staff.   .

She became the second family member to run Shades of Cool, LLC in January of 2023.  She takes over for her Dad who founded Shades of Cool in 2004 and has grown built a strong business  selling and installing Sun Setter awnings in the Kansas City metro and beyond.
 

Her vast knowledge and skills in the industry will continue to build on the reputation to the companies commitment to serving the customer and providing the best buying experience and professionalism Shades of Cool has been known for.  Putting customers first and working to provide the highest quality products in her #1 goal.
